About Us
We welcome all African PhD holders and PhD students in Ireland to join our community, as we work together to shape the future of Africa.
What We DO?
- Drive research on contemporary issues affecting Africa and Africans.
- Collaborate/network with diverse groups, and organize conferences and workshops for scholarly interchange.
- Stimulate research for African development in various educational fields and advise appropriate bodies on coordination of developmental programmes in Ireland.
- To promote and support the establishment of an Institute/Centre of African studies.
- Foster cooperation between Irish Aid and African institutions, and explore encouraging programs in international development relating to African countries.
